We ship worldwide!
Our flat shipping fee is Based on DHL Express/ Express Worldwide!
All orders are processed and shipped through Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Items will be dispatched within 3 working days once payment is received. A shipment confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to you.
Shipments within Singapore are shipped by private courier. Delivery time for local orders is 4-5 working days.
International orders are shipped by private courier and may be subject to charges (handling fees, taxes, etc) depending on the country you reside in. The recipient is responsible for payment of these charges. We are not responsible for any customs and import duty charges.
Please note that DGA Threads is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages in transit.

To make sure you get the best customer experience, if you are unhappy with your product in any way, we gladly offer returns.
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To start the process of returning, do email us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reason of return and mail the item to 57 Eng Hoon Street, #01-82, Singapore 160057. Items must be unused and in the same condition.
Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs when returning the items. We suggest customers use a trackable shipping service so your item arrives safely.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you’ve made an error in an order you’ve just placed, please email us at email@example.com immediately. We’ll do our absolute best to try and stop the order in our system. However, because we try to fulfil your orders as fast as we can, it may have already gone through. If this has happened, then you will need to return the item. We tell you how to do this in the RETURNS section just above.
