Shipment

We provide free local shipping and free international shipping with a minumum purchase of S$250.

We are pleased to announce that DGA Threads ships worldwide!

All orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase.

For local shipment: Usually within a week.
For international shipment: The amount of time to reach you varies depending on where you reside in.

A shipment confirmation e-mail with the tracking number will be sent to you.
Alternatively, you can download the Shop app by Shopify.

Returns

Due to the current situation with Covid-19, ALL masks is non-returnable or exchangeable.


Our return policy lasts 7 days from the day the parcel reached you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
1. Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all DGA Threads' item tags attached and any related accessories.
2. Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything DGA Threads reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Step 1: E-MAIL US
Drop us an e-mail with the title: "Return and your (order number)."

Step 2: PACK YOUR ITEMS
Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all DGA Threads' item tags attached and any related accessories.

Step 3: SHIP YOUR ITEMS
Head down to your preferred shipping service post office and ship the items back to us at: DGA Threads Pte Ltd, Blk 57, #01-82, Eng Hoon St, Singapore 160057

STEP 4: WAIT FOR AN UPDATE
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days upon the arrival. 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Alternatively, you can park your vehicle at Tiong Bahru market which is just diagonally across our showroom.

Unfortunately no, we only have one showroom here at Tiong Bahru.
